I like to think of myself as a traditionalist with an avant-garde flair. I live a sophisticated lifestyle, but it must be deliciously relaxing too. When it comes to food and wine, I allow myself to escape into the flavors and ingredients to create unique dishes paired with amazing wines of the world.
